FALLS MILL is the "real deal". Located neer Bellvediere, Tennessee, Falls Mills operates one of America's rare, water-driven grist mills. They operate a pretty nice bed and breakfast, too!

Their stone-ground-grits are incredible, the best we've cooked in our "test kitchen", over yonder .. by the creek.
